Rent must be paid before arrival; prices are excluding TAX.
It is not allowed to walk on the limbo (rounding in the lower wall).
The main tenant is responsible for all who enter the building and studio on their behalf.
The tenant is responsible for supervision in the studio, when in use.
You have access to the studio and the lounge area. It is not allowed to be elsewhere in the building, without consent.
The tenant has to follow the rules of the main staff, if necessary.
When leaving the studio, it is expected to leave it in the state it was before use. If strobe-lights have been used, they will also need to be put back to the same place it was found.
You break it, you buy it.
It is not allowed to consume food and drinks in the studio. This is possible in the lounge area.
The tenant is responsible for food and drinks, for his/her own guests.
If the studio is not cleaned up after use, an additional €25,- fee will be added to the invoice.
There is a minimum rent of 2 hours. Every hour after these 2 hours, will be calculated to the invoice on an hourly basis.
If you wish to cancel, this has to be indicated 24 hours before scheduled use. If this did not happen, 50% of the invoice will be charged.
There is a maximum of 10 people allowed in the studio. If more people have to be present for your shoot, it has to me communicated in advance.
Use of backgrounds will be charged differently. For every meter of use, there will be an additional amount of €12,50 added to the invoice.
